PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Baldwin Dam Conversion updated the previous high-hazard dam to a non-jurisdictional structure through the reshaping of a flood attenuation pool area and constructing a lower earthen and more stable emergency spillway. The work consisted of 185,000 CY embankment; 29,040 CY topsoil distribution; 39 acres of erosion control and seeding, and 4,561 LF of vinyl and iron fencing.
