PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Loretto Heights Infrastructure project consisted of underground utilities including 102,000 CY excavation, 28,270 SY subgrade reconditioning, 5,670 LF of 15”-36” RCP storm sewer, 5,569 LF of 8” PVC sanitary sewer, 10,492 LF of 4”-12” waterline, 110 manholes, 2,147 LF RCP pond irrigation, 25,603 LF of flatwork/gutter/sidewalks, 24,2298 SY roadway paving, 17,387 LF pavement striping, and signage all within a 72-acre campus.
